East London Airport voted 3rd best regional airport in Africa

The East London Airport has been voted the third best Region Airport in Africa by global travel company, Skytrax.

The World Airport Awards began in 1999, when Skytrax launched its first international airport customer satisfaction survey.

The survey evaluates traveller experiences across different airport service and product key performance indicators - from check-in, arrivals, transfers, shopping, security and immigration through to departure at the gate.

They Skytrax Awards are regarded as a quality benchmark for the world airport industry, assessing customer service and facilities across over 550 airports.
